In 2010 nursing at TCNJ celebrated the 40th anniversary of the first baccalaureate nursing class with a year-long celebration, culminating in a reception and dedication of the Dr. Gladys M. Word Simulation Laboratory on April 7, 2011. It was absolutely wonderful seeing all the alumni at this event where we toasted the accomplishments of our students, graduates, faculty and alumni — 40 years of excellence in nursing education! |
