Ashley Stallworth is the Simulation Facilitator in the Simulation and Clinical Learning Resource Center. She joined the nursing department in Spring 2022 as an adjunct for the medical /surgical lab. Ashley received both her MSN in the Clinical Nurse Leader program and BSN from The College of New Jersey. Ashley’s clinical background is in adult hematology, oncology and bone marrow transplant nursing at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She has certifications in oncology (OCN), Clinical Nurse Leadership (CNL), and is a certified healthcare simulation educator (CHSE). In the hospital setting, Ashley precepted many new to practice nurses, taught in the Chemotherapy Administration course, participated in the Evidenced Based Practice Wound Care Committee as a unit champion and was Unit Council Chair. Ashley has experience as a clinical and simulation instructor at The University of Pennsylvania in several undergraduate courses, including Integrated Pathophysiology, Pharmacology and Therapeutics; Nursing Care of the Young and Middle-Aged Adult; and Nursing Care of the Older Adult.
