Motivated and results-driven Registered Nurse with an eight-year track record of excellent patient relations and an extensive clinical background. Previously involved with Unit Council, served as the chair of the committee, a governing board providing regulatory oversight, cost-cutting concepts, and continuing education for the staff, patients and families. Demonstrated leadership abilities through being a previous chair on two hospital based committees. Involved with nursing research and performance improvement. Effective personality with the ability to readily adapt to changing environments and demands. Currently serving as the clinical coordinator for The College of New Jersey utilizing both my nursing and business degrees while managing grants, implementing projects, coordinating and maintaining relationships with clinical affiliates. Teaching a course to RN-BSN students on the roles of a professional inclusive of diversity, ethical decision making and policy and advocacy for the profession.
