The College of New Jersey values undergraduate transfer students from both two-year and four-year institutions. The applicant pool for transfer applicants is very competitive. Officially Nursing external transfer applications apply through the Office of Admissions. The Nursing department chair is provided files for review and makes recommendations, but Admissions offers acceptance to a targeted number of qualified applications, typically only two per year owing to enrollment limitations.
