Standardized patient (SP) are individuals acting out real life scenarios, which allows undergraduate and graduate nursing students to learn a variety of skills in a safe environment. Practicing history taking, physical assessment, communication and clinical reasoning skills helps students build confidence even in emotionally charges situations.
